Your dog will be picked up and dropped off from the comfort of their own home/backyard.

Once we arrive to our destination, we are exploring for two or more hours.
We drive anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour away for our adventures. We frequent Riverhead forest, various beaches and reserves. We also have a very exciting new fully-fenced area to explore coming soon. Your dog has the option to run, swim, play, sniff and socialise to their hearts content.
Tuesday: Adventure Club
Wednesday: New adventure service coming soon!
Thursday: Adventure Club
We are currently servicing Stillwater, Torbay, Long Bay and surrounding areas.
Our service area for pack adventures is small and localised so your dog can spend less time travelling in the car and more time adventuring with their mates.
Price per week:
1 adventure a week: $60
2 adventure a week: $100
We use a system called GoCardless through Xero, where your card is encrypted. This system automatically charges your card the same amount each week. Billing occurs every week on a Monday.
We request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any adventure cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice results in a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as illness or injury. We will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives.
If you were to provide sufficient notice and payment had already come out for that adventure week, your adventure will be put on credit to use when your dog returns.
If you are wanting to cancel the service entirely, 2 weeks notice is required.
You can read about our cancellation policy here.
In my Mazda MPV. I have a cargo barrier in place, anti-slip rubber lining along the floor and the dogs share the large space in the back. My vehicle is complete with air conditioning throughout the back to ensure your pups remain cool. There is ample space for them and often you will find them choosing to curl up and cuddle next to each other after an adventure.
Rain or shine we will be out adventuring! However, if the conditions are dangerous to the dogs or to ourselves, we will postpone the adventure until the bad weather passes. Dangerous conditions include flooding, severe winds or thunderstorms.
I do everything possible to ensure that the dogs in my care are happy, healthy, and safe. By screening potential members, through analysing their temperament and behaviour, looking for signs that indicate they will be a good fit with the pack. I have defined protocols in case of emergency. However, your dogs will be doing exuberant activities and there is risk. Just like there is risk in sending your kid to an adventure camp, so too are there risks in sending your fur kid to adventure camp.
I am Pet First Aid Certified and am very picky about where your dog will be adventuring on that day. Such as avoiding sewage contaminated beaches, not entering a forest with extremely windy conditions and dodging any oyster crusted rocks. I extensively plan my adventures which means that there are very rarely issues of safety that arise, but if they do, we are ready.
The pack explore natural, wild places, which could mean that dogs may interact with the elements, other animals, and people. Sometimes dogs can experience paw injuries on gravel or concrete, or be cut by stepping on something sharp. Dogs will be off leash, swimming, and playing in a group. We do everything possible and within reason to keep dogs safe. However, they are animals, which means we cannot control their behavior 100%. Dogs are not robots and they have their own desires. In saying that though, dogs typically want to stay with the pack and handler while on the move. If a dog has no drive to stay with the group, then they wouldn't be suited for this type of activity. When you send your dog on adventures, you assume these and other risks.
I put a lot of care and energy into preparing for anything that may happen. If there were ever an emergency, I would utilize all of the information provided in the client’s account in the client portal. I carry a pet first aid kit with me, in case of any physical injury that I am able to tend to. If there is a medical issue, your dog would go to the veterinarian you have specified, unless it is a true medical emergency, in which we will take the dog to the nearest animal emergency hospital.
Me, myself and I. Your dog and I will become close buddies as we adventure together every week. I will get to know all of their quirks and what things they enjoy the most. My training is relationship-based. By having a positive relationship with clear communication, your dog will thrive and feel confident. Which means they are more likely to stick by you and listen to your cues. By having a consistent handler every week, this ensures that they will respond to cues and be kept safe as they have fun.

The Meet and Greet will give me a lot of information needed to approve your dog(s) for adventures. To organise a Meet and Greet, you must first fill out an application form. You can do that here.
If a dog is working on improving their recall, but is not 100% perfect, being in a group is likely to help them in their training, as dogs typically want to stay with the group. I look for certain cues about this when observing your dog on the Meet and Greet.
I take great care in placing your dog in the appropriate group. My priority is to maintain harmony within a pack and base things on your dog’s needs. You may require a certain day of the week, however, if I find your dog isn't well suited to that pack, we may try another day. As your dog becomes accustomed to their adventure days, I will give you honest feedback about my observations.

These requirements are essential for the safety of your dog and others around them.
The following are reasons for the denial of services at any time:
Clients are expected to be open and honest when sharing information about their dog and his or her history. In order to participate, pet parents are required to submit extensive behavioural, health and emergency information in the client portal. Our new clients enroll in a recurring weekly or multi-week service. This commitment ensures that the pack gets along well and maintains its integrity.
First, schedule a Meet and Greet with me to assess your dog’s basic skills. You can do that here. Alternatively, you can contact me via email.
After your dog gets approved, you will be given information on how to complete your profile in the client portal.
From there, we will schedule your dog to complete a minimum of two solo sessions with me. In these solo sessions we work on building a relationship, training and practicing basic manners before introducing them to the pack environment.
After your dog has completed these solo sessions with me, they will then be integrated into the pack.
